Directions/Instructions
Preparation
Blockade areas to be stripped or finished. Floors will be very slippery until dry.
Before the first application of Mainstay® ProX Floor Finish, remove all old finish with any Diversey stripper.
Coating
Apply 3-4 medium coats of Mainstay® ProX Floor Finish with a clean finish mop. Let dry to the touch between coats (about 30 minutes).
On porous resilient or stone floors, seal first with 2 coats of the recommended Diversey sealer.
Maintenance
For daily cleaning dust mop or sweep.
Then wet clean with recommended Diversey cleaner in an autoscrubber or with a damp mop.
Burnishing
To renew gloss, spray buff as needed with recommended Diversey spray buff, a red or beige pad and a 175-1500 rpm machine. Or burnish with a UHS pad and a battery, cord electric or propane machine at 1500-2000+ rpm.
Recoating
Dust mop or sweep floor. Scrub floor with an autoscrubber or floor machine using a blue pad and the recommended Diversey cleaner at therecommended dilution. Rinse well and let dry.
Apply 1-2 new coats of Mainstay® ProX Floor Finish.
